Request collector widget

Callback request widget with a real person behind it

A callback request widget lets a visitor leave a phone number and ask to be called back. AutoSocialProof's request collector shows an agent name, role and photo, a short question, a phone field and a consent checkbox, then stores the request and alerts your team by email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams or webhook.

Who uses a callback request widget?

  • Local services that win jobs by phone
  • Agencies with high-value enquiries
  • Clinics and studios
  • B2B SaaS demos

The pixel, once per site
<script defer src="https://app.autosocialproof.com/pixel/YOUR_PIXEL_KEY.js"></script>
  1. Add the pixel once

If your site already has the AutoSocialProof pixel for this campaign, skip this. Otherwise paste the one-line script before </head>.

    Already there.

  2. Create a callback request widget

In your campaign choose "Create notification", then "Request collector". Write the text, pick a theme and a position.

    Looks like my brand.

  3. Choose where leads go

Add notification handlers so each submission pings Email, Webhook, Slack, Discord, Telegram or Microsoft Teams. Everything is also kept in the Data tab.

    Slack it is.

  4. Pick the moment and the audience

Set the display trigger (delay, scroll, exit intent, time on site, pageviews, inactivity, click, hover or element visible), frequency, pages, devices, countries and languages.

    Product pages, after 6 seconds.

  5. Save, then read the numbers

Impressions, hovers, clicks, CTR and form submissions appear in the widget statistics. Change one thing at a time.

    Clicks are up this week.

What mistakes should you avoid?

Showing it outside the hours you can actually call back.

Promising a time you cannot meet.

No alert handler, so requests wait in a dashboard nobody checks.

Callback request widget questions

Who gets the callback request?

It is stored in the widget's Data tab and, if you add notification handlers, sent instantly to email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Microsoft Teams or a webhook.

Can I show a real team member?

Yes. Set the agent name, role and photo. Use a real person who will actually call.

Can I collect an email instead of a phone number?

The field accepts what you ask for in the placeholder, but for email lists the email collector is the better fit.

Can I show it only during business hours?

Use the schedule setting for date windows and keep your promise realistic in the text, for example "we call back the same business day".

Is the phone number validated?

Visitors type their number; keep the placeholder format clear for your country. Treat every request as a lead to verify.

Does it work with my CRM?

Send requests to your CRM through the webhook handler or an automation tool.

Can I add a privacy checkbox?

Yes, the agreement text and link are configurable.

Which plan includes it?

All plans, including Free.
