Rating feedback widget from 1 to 5, in one tap
A rating feedback widget asks visitors to score something from 1 to 5. AutoSocialProof's score feedback shows your question and five numbered buttons; each answer is recorded and charted in the widget's statistics, giving you a quick, page-level satisfaction score without a survey tool.

What mistakes should you avoid?
Treating it as an NPS survey. It is a 1-5 score, so report it as an average, not as NPS.
Asking several questions in a row.
Showing it before the visitor used the thing being rated.
Plan note: the rating feedback widget is included on every plan, including Free (25 widgets, 100K impressions a month). Compare plans.
Rating feedback widget questions
Is this the same as NPS?
No. Net Promoter Score uses a 0-10 scale and a specific calculation. This widget collects a 1-5 score, which is simpler and better suited to rating a page or interaction.
Where do I see scores?
In the widget statistics, charted by score.
Can I display good scores as social proof?
Scores are feedback, not reviews. If customers leave written reviews you can show them with the review popups widget.
How do I avoid biased results?
Ask the same question at the same moment for everyone, and do not only trigger it after happy events.
Can I ask in Spanish or French?
Yes, translations are supported per widget.
Does it slow the page?
No. It is part of the same deferred pixel and only renders when triggered.
Can I limit it to logged-in customers?
Target it to the pages only customers reach, such as an order confirmation or account page.
Which plan do I need?
Any plan. Widget types are not plan-gated.
No question matches that. Try another word, or ask us directly.
