Lifetime deal questions
What does lifetime mean?
Lifetime means for the lifetime of the AutoSocialProof product: one payment, no renewals, the limits of your tier forever, and every improvement we ship to the features in your tier. It is tied to one account and cannot be resold. It is the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer.
Are there any recurring fees?
No. You pay once. There are no renewals, no monthly minimums and no overage charges. If you reach your monthly impressions, widgets pause until the next month.
Do lifetime plans get new features?
Yes. Improvements to the features included in your tier reach you at no extra cost. If we ever launch a separate product, it is not automatically part of the deal.
What happens if AutoSocialProof shuts down?
We would give at least 12 months of notice and a way to export your data. We publish this so you can judge the risk honestly.
How do the tiers relate to AppSumo or DealMirror codes?
Each tier equals stacked codes: Tier N on this site gives exactly what N redeemed codes give in the app, up to 5. That keeps every lifetime customer on the same limits wherever they bought.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?
Yes. Buy the next tier and pay the difference by contacting support with your order email, or redeem additional codes if you bought on a marketplace.
Which tier should I choose?
One store: Tier 1. A few brands or a busy shop: Tier 2 or 3. Freelancers and small agencies: Tier 3 or 4. Agencies with many client sites: Tier 5 with 200 websites and unlimited widgets.
Is there anything not included?
Custom pixel domains, team seats and push notifications are not part of any plan today, lifetime or monthly.
What is the refund policy?
Ask within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no reasons needed. After a refund the account returns to the Free plan.
Can I resell or share my lifetime plan?
No. A lifetime plan is tied to one AutoSocialProof account and is not transferable or resellable. Agencies can of course run client websites inside their own account.
How do I access my account after buying?
The account is created (or upgraded) automatically on the email you enter at checkout. The thank-you page shows a one-time login link, and you can always reset your password from the login page.
Can I move from a monthly plan to lifetime?
Yes. Buy a lifetime tier with the same email; cancel your subscription and the account keeps the higher of the two plans.
